Chris Back
Associate Architectural Technician
Chris is a highly experienced Architectural Technologist with a BSc (Hons) in Architectural Technology and extensive experience in using computer-aided design (CAD). He is a qualified OCDEA SAP Assessor and an Associate Member of CIAT, committed to maintaining the highest industry standards while continuously expanding his knowledge and expertise.
Specialising in detailed working drawings for projects up to £10 million, Chris has in-depth expertise in Building Regulations and modern construction methods. His experience includes producing tender and construction drawings for bespoke homes, as well as preparing design and build specifications for both social and private housing.
With strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for technical detailing, Chris works closely with clients and contractors, ensuring seamless project execution. He has an thorough understanding of housing association standards and technical briefs, allowing him to contribute effectively to value engineering and project feasibility assessments.
Beth Elmore
Senior Architectural Technician
Beth is an experienced Architectural Technician with a strong background in planning and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. She is a qualified OCDEA SAP Assessor and an Associate Member of CIAT. She holds a Diploma in BTEC Level 3 and HNC BTEC Level 4, both in Construction, further strengthening her technical expertise in the built environment.
Beth specialises in preparing design and build drawings and specifications for both social and private housing, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and technical standards.
In addition, she works closely with clients and contractors, effectively interpreting technical briefs from housing associations and submitting planning applications via the Planning Portal.
Nick Mitchell
Architectural Technician
Nick is a highly experienced construction professional with over 10 years in the industry and a Level 4 HNC in Construction. He has a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) and extensive knowledge of AutoCAD.
Specialising in Building Regulations applications, Nick also provides expert assistance with planning permission submissions through the Planning Portal, ensuring compliance and efficiency in the approval process.
Ellie Clarke
Trainee Architectural Technician
Ellie holds a Level 4 HNC in Construction and has a strong background in computer-aided design and AutoCAD.
With experience in the construction industry, particularly in the affordable housing sector, she has worked on projects for both private clients and housing associations.
Ellie specialises in submitting Building Regulations applications and assisting with planning permission submissions through the Planning Portal.
