The Birdlings, Comberton

The Birdlings is an award winning residential development in Comberton, Cambridge, featuring a mix of two, three, four, and five bedroom houses.

Each home offers spacious, modern living spaces with premium fixtures and fittings throughout. All homes blend seamlessly into the local landscape, utilising high-quality materials and finishes to enhance the character of the community.

During this project, we faced disruptions due to COVID-19 and the impact of Brexit. Supply chain disruptions led to material shortages, price increases, and extended lead times, particularly for bricks, steel, and timber. Despite these obstacles, adaptive working methods, including social distancing measures, ensured the project progressed.
